Customer Experience was the driver of business for KFA. Today you are so affected with the news is the indication of what it can do. When u do something with heart and passion it is felt.
I havent yet gone in to details & gravity of the problem , but I think business model , high debt to equity ratio and industry structure in India coupled with fuel price are the causes.
Jet can certainly add some of the wow factors of KF without much or extra cost. What it takes is passion and design mind of the person at the top. We have a shining example of Apple vs the rest, Starbucks vs the rest. In India Hiranandani Builder Vs the rest.
Great customer xperience requires – passion & customer focus at the top not money. Unfortunately in India there are no great examples of wow !!! experience creators. One who is there is in trouble as of now.
Hope RIP Kingfisher is not in sight yet. One chance can be given to the present management.
