Balasaheb never believed in non-violence. Cause non-violence is something that is never going to get you good as well as “quick” results in INDIA… It’s time not just for action but “quick action”… And violence is not wrong.. Bhagat Singh and co used it… Not necessary that all principles of Gandhi stand correct on tests of time..

Falak, there’s no harm in having a blend of cultures, provided its a “Blend” and not the destruction of culture of that state… Identity of Maharashtra was literally in jeopardy.. And it was not Balasaheb who couldn’t understand any aspect, but it was the media and 3rd person onlookers like you, me and others who couldn’t understand the sufferings of Mumbaikars.

But from my context, as every coin has two sides; similarly there are many aspects going against this man. You’re a Mumbaikar only after you’re an Indain. And what’s wrong if Gujarat, and Maharashtra or any other state have a blend of other cultures. After all, uniting the states by heart, and not just on the political map is a key factor for our progress as a whole, and Bala’s blatant nature won’t suffice for his lack of understanding in this aspect.
